Blade Pile
Alukea Enterprises is the only authorised distributor and installer of Blade Pile on the NSW South Coast.
What is Blade Pile?
Blade Pile is a superior replacement for concrete piers and conventional screw piles.
It is an innovative, high tensile steel screw pile that has a balanced helix for precise and rapid installation and improved load bearing capacity.
Blade Piles have a higher torsional installation capacity because they are manufactured from 450 grade seamless steel with an average yield strength of 520Mpa. This creates a more accurate positioning for finite tolerance structures which conventional piles can not achieve.
This also creates less soil disturbance and spoil as the Blades sliver into the ground unlike conventional screw piles that auger the soil during installation causing possible soil shrinkage over time.
Your concrete foundations can be poured quicker and easier by using the Blade Pile Slab Systems, even on problem sites.
